German Foreign Ministry concerned over delay in vote count in Rada elections
German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle has expressed his concern over the delay in ballot counting in Ukraine's parliamentary elections.
"I'm very concerned about the delay in vote count in Ukraine, which has not finished more than a week after the parliamentary elections," the German Embassy in Ukraine quoted Westerwelle as saying.
In addition, the German foreign minister urged those responsible to ensure the speedy completion of the vote count in such a way that it should reflect the will of Ukrainian voters.
Westerwelle said that all complaints against irregularities during the voting and tabulation process should be addressed immediately.
