UDAR ready to give up seats in parliament to prevent electoral fraud, says Klitschko
The UDAR Party will go any length to prevent the rigging of the results of the parliamentary elections in Ukraine - even as far as giving up their seats in parliament, the party leader, Vitali Klitschko, has said.
"We are ready to go to any length to have fair elections, [and] to give up our mandates if we need to. We're going to parliament not for the sake of mandates," Klitschko told journalists outside the Central Election Commission, when asked about the possibility of recalling their party lists and surrendering their seats in parliament.
