Kyiv, Brussels considering organization of Ukraine-EU Summit, says Foreign Minister
Ukraine and the European Union are interesting in making the agenda of the EU-Ukraine Summit as intensive as possible and that is why the date of the summit is still being selected, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kostiantyn Hryschenko has said.
"We are receiving signals from our European partners that they are interested in there being an intensive agenda at the summit, and that's why the issue on the best time for holding this meeting is still being considered in Brussels and Kyiv," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.
Hryschenko said that today Europe is focused on overcoming the financial and economic crisis inside the EU.
