UDAR ahead of Communists, taking place third in Rada elections, says CEC
With 92.39% of the ballots counted in Ukraine's parliamentary elections, Vitali Klitschko's UDAR party is third, ahead of the Communist Party of Ukraine, according to the Web site of the Central Election Commission.
According to the CEC data, the Party of Regions took 31.1% of the vote, the Batkivschyna United Opposition 24.76%, UDAR 13.6%, the Communist Party of Ukraine 13.6%, and Svoboda 9.95%.
A total of 2,536,558 voters supported UDAR, while 2,535,948 voted for the Communists.
