European Parliament observer suggests dropping discussions on anti-Ukrainian sanctions
The head of the European Parliament's election observation mission, Pawel Kowal, thinks that discussions on possible sanctions against Ukraine should be dropped.
"We should forget the word 'sanctions'. We should ask the Ukrainian government agencies about their plans for the future," he told a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.
