Ukraine's CEC will not finish ballot count before Nov 11 - CEC official
Ukrainian Central Election Commission (CEC) official Mykhailo Okhendovsky believes the Central Election Commission will finish the ballot count on November 11-12.
"I think November 11-12 is the date when the Central Election Commission will determine the election outcome for every one-mandate district and the national multi-mandate district," he told reporters in Kyiv on Monday.
Okhendovsky said the election outcome may become known on November 11, "but no earlier."
Okhendovsky also said the Central Election Commission will begin receiving the originals of the protocols today.
"I think the originals of the protocols from district elections commissions with protocols from all local electios commissions, applications, complaints, and acts will begin reaching the Central Election Commission today and the Central Election Commission will begin accepting such documents today," he said.
