With 99.13% of ballots from foreign constituency counted, Svoboda leads by a single vote
The Svoboda All-Ukrainian Union leads in the foreign constituency in the Ukrainian parliamentary election, the Central Election Commission has reported.
With 99.13% of ballots counted at polling stations abroad, Svoboda took 23.43% of the votes, the Party of Regions 23.42%, UDAR 22.14%, Batkivschyna 19.85%, and the Communist Party 3.46%.
Svoboda is only one vote ahead of the Party of Regions (4,746 versus 4,745 respectively).
There are 116 polling stations in the foreign constituency.
