Convict Lutsenko voted among the first at Mena Colony, says penitentiary service
Former Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko, who is serving his sentence at Mena Penal Colony in Chernihiv region, has cast a ballot at the parliamentary elections in Ukraine, the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine told journalists on Sunday.
"Lutsenko voted among the first in general conditions," the penitentiary service said.
"He expressed no complaints," it added.
