Voter turnout at Rada election to exceed 60%, says Committee of Voters of Ukraine
Head of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine Oleksandr Chernenko has forecast that voter turnout at the parliamentary elections in Ukraine will exceed 60%.
"I was pleased by such a surge [of voter activity]," Chernenko said at a press conference on Sunday.
"I think that voter turnout will be not less than 60%... I think today it will exceed 60%," he said.
The expert noted that "this is an average estimation of voter turnout at the parliamentary elections in Ukraine."
