Voter turnout at all constituencies in Ukraine 23.95% as of noon, says CEC
With reports from all 225 constituencies, voter turnout at Sunday's parliamentary elections in Ukraine was 23.95% as of noon.
The Central Election Commission posted these data on its Web site.
The highest turnout was registered is Chernihiv region, where 29.45% of voters cast their ballots as of noon on Sunday. Turnout higher than 27% was registered in Kyiv, Khmelnytsky and Cherkasy regions.
The least active region is Zakarpattia where voter turnout was 17.24%. Voter turnout in Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and Ternopil regions was also low - less than 20%.
A total of 21.76% of voters voted in Kyiv by noon.
