All polls in Ukraine open and working, says CEC deputy head

All the polling stations in Ukraine have opened, Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission Andriy Mahera has said.

"At the moment every single polling station is open and working," he told reporters on Sunday.

A total of 225 district election commissions include 4,041 people, of whom 56% are women.

Since the formation of district commissions the powers of 2,434 of their members were terminated.

"You understand that this is more than half of members of district commissions," he said.
