Yanukovych expects Rada elections to help unite, develop Ukraine
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych cast his ballot at a polling station in constituency No. 218 in Kyiv on the day of the elections to the Verkhovna Rada.
"I have voted for stability, for economic development, for a better life for people," Yanukovych told reporters before voting at a polling station on Sunday.
According to the president, this election will unite Ukraine. "I believe that these elections will bring Ukraine closer to unification and development, to building a strong state," Yanukovych said.
