Ivanishvili will lose his PM post if his Georgian citizenship is reinstated
Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili may lose his post if he regains his Georgian citizenship.
"A court order to reinstate my Georgian citizen ship will be enough for me to lose the prime minister's post," Ivanishvili told journalists in Kutaisi on Friday.
"In actual fact, I am Georgian prime minister as a citizen of France. The moment I regain Georgian citizenship I will lose the right to hold my post. Our constitution is anecdotal," he said.
