Regions Party ready to cooperate with UDAR, CPU after elections
Regions Party parliamentary faction MP Heorhiy Smitiukh has said in an interview with Channel 5 on Tuesday, October 16, that the Regions Party is ready to cooperate with Vitali Klitschko's UDAR Party, as well as the Communist Party of Ukraine (CPU) in case it fails to form a new parliamentary majority on its own.
"We are ready to cooperate with those [parties] that have programs similar to ours. I think that UDAR shares many of our positions and today many items in their election program coincide with that in our program, and I am sure that the communists will support us," the MP said.
