Georgian athletes to participate in Sochi Olympics - Ivanishvili
Candidate for Georgian prime minister Bidzina Ivanishvili has said he hopes that Georgian athletes will participate in the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
"Georgia should certainly participate in these Olympic Games," Ivanishvili said at a press briefing on Tuesday, commenting on Tbilisi's possible boycott of the Sochi Olympics.
"We, for our part, will do our best to make sure that the event proceeds peacefully and without any incidents," he said.
