Nothing should hinder signing of Ukraine-EU Association Agreement, says Foreign Ministry
The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine has stated that nothing will hinder the signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.
"I think no circumstances should prevent us from signing of the Association Agreement and implementing it, as this document will bring Ukraine closer to the EU and European standards," Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Olefirov said during a discussion on the key challenges Ukraine is facing on its way towards European integration in the light of the upcoming parliamentary elections hosted by the Institute of World Policy in Kyiv on Monday.
He added that Ukraine's key task today is to move closer to European standards via the signing of the Association Agreement.
