Russia still refuses to revise gas price for Ukraine, says Azarov
Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said that Russia is still reluctant to revise its contracts on natural gas supplies with Ukraine.
"Russia's position is very simple – the 2009 agreement is signed, its duration is 10 years, and everything has been discussed: the price of gas, the cost of transit, and supplies," the premier said during a hotline conference with the readers of the Komsomolskaya Pravda v Ukraine newspaper in Kyiv on Monday.
"We have halved gas consumption – this is our answer to our partners," he said.
