Next year's budget to go to parliament no later than early November, says Regions Party faction leader

Leader of the Regions Party faction Oleksandr Yefremov says that the Cabinet of Ministers will prepare a draft national budget for 2013 late in October or early in November for consideration by parliament.

"The situation is that the government will be ready either late this month or early next month to submit the [draft] budget [for 2013] to parliament. And I see that the current composition of parliament will have time to pass it as a document," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.
