Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili should take the next step - resign - after his recognition of the opposition victory in the parliamentary election, Georgian Dream leader Bidzina Ivanishvili told a Tuesday press conference at the Georgian Dream office.
"He made lots of mistakes. If he resigns and orders an early presidential election and the premier is appointed under the new constitution, everything will go back to normal. Otherwise, there will be a lot of problems," he said.
