Zelensky appoints Oleksandr Poklad as First Deputy Head of SBU - decrees
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Oleksandr Poklad as First Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine.
The corresponding decree No. 27/2026 of January 5, 2026 was published on the website of the President of Ukraine.
At the same time, decrees No. 28/2026 and No. 29/2026 of January 5, 2026 appointed Andriy Tupikov and Denys Kylymnyk as Deputy Heads of the SBU.
