One person killed, one injured in enemy drone attack in Tomyna Balka, Kherson region — prosecutor's office
A person died in the village of Tomyna Balka (Kherson region) due to an explosive device dropped by an enemy drone, another civilian was injured, the press service of the regional prosecutor's office reported.
"According to the investigation, on December 23, 2025, at about 07:10, the Russian military dropped an explosive device from a drone in the village of Tomyna Balka, Kherson region. As a result of the attack, a 44-year-old man died, another civilian was injured and hospitalized," the prosecutor's office said in a message on the Telegram channel on Tuesday.
It is reported that both men were on the street at the time of the attack. A pretrial investigation has been initiated into the fact of committing a war crime that caused the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
