Costa: We have deal on Ukraine financial support for 2026-2027
European Council President António Costa announced that EU leaders had reached an agreement on funding Ukraine for 2026-2027.
“We have a deal. Decision to provide EUR 90 billion of support to Ukraine for 2026-27 approved. We committed, we delivered,” Costa said on his X page.
Costa did not provide any other details.
