The death toll in Ternopil from a Russian attack that destroyed two 9-story residential buildings has risen to 10, with 37 injured, the National Police of Ukraine reported.
"The worst is in Ternopil. Critical: two 9-story residential buildings were damaged. One had a fire, the other had damage from the 3rd to the 9th floor. As of 10:00: 10 dead; 37 injured (12 of whom were children).
