There’re already nine victims in Kharkiv – mayor
The number of victims as a result of the enemy attack is growing, said city mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"The number of victims in the Industrial District has risen to seven," Terekhov wrote on his Telegram channel.
He later reported nine victims.
