Zelenskyy appoints former dpty minister of Strategic Industry Ministry Aloyan as Dpty Secretary of NSDC

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Davyd Aloyan, who served as Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine before the department was liquidated, as Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC).

"To appoint Davyd Manvelovych Aloyan as Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine," reads the text of presidential decree No. 673/2025 of September 8, published on the website of the head of state.
