Already 23 victims of Russian attack in Kyiv

Head of Kyiv city military administration, Tymur Tkachenko, reported another victim of the Russian attack in Kyiv.

"Unfortunately, the number of deaths in Kyiv has risen to 23 people," he wrote on Telegram.
