Ukraine shoots down 76 of 104 enemy UAVs

As of 8:00 a.m. on Monday, the defense forces neutralized 76 enemy UAVs out of 104 that attacked Ukraine last night, and 28 strike UAVs were recorded hitting 15 locations, the press service of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.

"According to preliminary data, as of 08:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 76 enemy Shahed-type UAVs and simulator drones of various types in the north and east of the country," the report says.

In total, on the night of August 25 (from 7:00 p.m. on August 24), the enemy fired 104 Shahed-type strike UAVs and simulator drones of various types launched from Russia.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
