Coalition of the willing to meet on Tuesday – Merz

German Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz has said that following the results of the Ukraine summit in Washington on Tuesday, a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing will be held in a video conference format.

"After the talks in Washington, we are continuing our efforts for peace in Ukraine: this afternoon I will take part in a video conference of the Coalition of the Willing on security guarantees, and then in an exchange of views in the European Council," he wrote on the social network X.

According to The Guardian, the meeting is scheduled for 13:00 Kyiv time. Later today, EU leaders are also scheduled to take part in a virtual meeting of the European Council at 14:00 Kyiv time.
