Unexploded cluster munitions found in Kremenchuk after enemy attack – mayor
As a result of the Russian combined missile and drone strike on Kremenchuk, Poltava region, unexploded cluster missile submunitions were found in the city on Tuesday night, Mayor Vitaly Maletsky has said.
"Unexploded cluster munitions from Russian missiles have been found in the city! If you notice such, do not approach or touch them - they can explode at any moment!.. Be sure to tell children about the danger, because these munitions are silver in color, look like balls and can attract the attention of children," he wrote on Telegram.
As reported, on Tuesday night, the energy infrastructure in the Kremenchuk and Lubny districts came under a massive attack by Russia. Direct impacts and falling debris were recorded in Kremenchuk and Lubny districts, administrative buildings of local energy sector enterprises were damaged. In Lubny district, 1,471 residential and 119 legal subscribers were left without electricity as a result of the attack.
