Russian drone strike casualties rise to 23 in Kharkiv five-story building
Three more people sought medical attention after enemy drones struck a five-story building in the Industrial District of Kharkiv, Regional Military Administration head Oleh Synehubov has said.
"The victims were women aged 60, 62 and 79 - they were diagnosed with an acute reaction to stress and hypertensive crisis. Doctors provided assistance on the spot. The total number of victims is 23 people," Synehubov said on Telegram on Thursday.
As previously reported, seven civilians died as a result of this attack, including a 1.5-year-old child.
