URCS psychologists conduct over 2,000 consultations this year
Psychologists of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) conducted over 2,000 consultations since the beginning of the year.
“If you have experienced the consequences of war, lost loved ones, your home or found yourself in a crisis situation, you are not alone. Psychologists of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society provide individual and group consultations, helping to cope with stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion and restore psychological balance. Thus, since the beginning of the year, our team has conducted over 2,000 consultations, supporting almost 900 people in 23 regions of Ukraine,” the URCS reported on Facebook.
In addition, psychologists conduct educational events for communities, teach adaptation skills and promote the development of emotional resilience. Separately, they work with URCS teams and communities, helping volunteers and employees avoid burnout and creating support networks.
