As of 12:01, the number of victims of enemy air strikes on Kharkiv has increased to 16, said head of the regional military administration Oleh Synehubov.

"Among them is a 10-year-old girl, she received an acute stress reaction. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance. The rescue operation is ongoing," Synehubov wrote on his Telegram channel.
