Kyiv driver targeted in shooting after road dispute

 In the Podilsky district of the capital, police detained a man who opened fire on a car in the courtyard of a residential complex in the morning.

According to the police, the 35-year-old attacker fired from a traumatic weapon due to a conflict with the driver that occurred the day before. No one was injured as a result of the incident.

The weapon was seized, the man was detained under Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Proceedings were initiated under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - hooliganism with the use of weapons. He faces up to seven years in prison.
