Anti-corruption agencies appeal to EU, American partners and IMF over NABU and SAPO situation - NABU director
Ukraine's anti-corruption authorities have appealed to the European Union, American partners, the International Monetary Fund, and a number of international institutions regarding the situation with the loss of independence of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO), NABU Director Semen Kryvonos has said.
"We have already appealed to a number of international institutions, the European Union, American partners, embassies, and the International Monetary Fund," he said at a briefing on Tuesday.
According to him, during the vote in the Verkhovna Rada on the relevant bill, there was also communication with international partners.
