Weather threatens transport, utilities in western Ukraine Thursday

Weather conditions may complicate the work of energy, utility companies and transport traffic on Thursday, July 10, in western Ukraine, according to the Ukrhydrometeorological Center.

In Volyn, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions, significant rains (precipitation amount 15-30 mm) and thunderstorms are expected. Here, due to meteorological phenomena, the I level of danger (yellow) has been declared.

In Zakarpattia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi and Ternopil regions, heavy rains will occur on Thursday (precipitation amount 40-80 mm). The II level of danger (orange) has been declared here.
