Trump claims supply of weapons to Ukraine from USA continues – media
US President Donald Trump has said that the supply of weapons to Ukraine continues. He said this during a conversation with journalists at Andrews Air Force Base, Fox News reports.
“We haven’t, we're giving weapons. But we've given so many weapons… and we're working with them, trying to help them. Biden emptied out our whole country giving weapons and we have to make sure that we have enough for ourselves,” Trump said.
He said this in response to media questions about his conversation with Vladimir Putin on Thursday.
According to Trump, during the conversation with Putin, no progress was made on the ceasefire in Ukraine. Trump noted that he was dissatisfied with Putin's position on the agreement with Ukraine.
