The Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, has announced yet another war crime by Russia - the probable execution of a Ukrainian prisoner of war (POW).
According to him, a video is being circulated on social networks showing a Ukrainian prisoner being tied to a motorcycle and dragged along the road.
"This is demonstrative cruelty and another war crime by the Russian Federation. I have sent official letters to the UN and the ICRC. Russia is acting like a terrorist state. And it must bear fair responsibility for every crime," Lubinets said on his Telegram channel.
