URCS helps victims of Russian shelling in Zaporizhia
Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) volunteers visited the site of the Russian shelling of Zaporizhia on Saturday morning.
"URCS volunteers from a rapid response unit in Zaporizhia region provided assistance at the site of the morning attack in Zaporizhia. Volunteers conducted a patrol of the territories to identify victims, provided first psychological aid and were on duty in case of first aid," the URCS said on Facebook on Saturday.
As reported, Zaporizhia was attacked by 14 enemy drones on Saturday morning. Two police officers were injured in the attack. A humanitarian enterprise was set ablaze due to the Russian shelling, cars, a shop and a public transport stop were damaged. The blast wave broke out windows in high-rise buildings.
