Serbia ready to join rebuilding ‘one or two Ukrainian cities or regions’ to support Ukrainian people – Vucic
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic expressed his readiness to take patronage over the restoration of "one or two Ukrainian cities or regions" in order to concretely demonstrate support to the Ukrainians.
"I would like to have your support, President Zelenskyy, to take one or two cities or one small region that we can rebuild. And I think it would be very important for the people in Ukraine if they got clear and very specific support," he said at the 4th Ukraine-Southeast Europe Summit in Odesa on Wednesday.
Vucic thanked President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for inviting him to the summit and expressed hope that "we can do at least a little more for the Ukrainian people without big words and all that."
"I think your people really deserve it," the president added.
