General Staff on enemy's entry into Dnipropetrovsk region: This is Russian disinformation, fighting going on in Donetsk region

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has denied information about the entry of Russian occupation troops into the territory of Dnipropetrovsk region.

"This information is not true. Fighting is ongoing in the Donetsk region. And the text you provided is Russian disinformation," Major Andriy Kovalov, spokesman for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, told Interfax-Ukraine in a comment.

Earlier on Sunday, the Russian Defense Ministry stated that the Russian occupiers had allegedly reached the border of Dnipropetrovsk region and "continue to develop the offensive."
