China rejects Kyiv's accusations of involving Chinese companies in production of military goods for Russia – media
China resolutely opposes "unwarranted accusations and political manipulation," said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun, commenting on the summons of the Chinese ambassador to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry regarding the involvement of Chinese companies in the production of military goods for Russia, Global Times reports.
"We have already made clear China's position on the relevant issues. China firmly opposes unwarranted accusations and political manipulation," the spokesman said.
Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry on Tuesday invited the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine, Ma Shengkun, to a meeting, the reason being data on the participation of Chinese citizens in hostilities on the side of Russia, as well as the cooperation of Chinese companies with the Russian military-industrial complex.
