Ukrainian Red Cross helps eliminate consequences of Russian shelling of Mykolaivka in Donetsk region
Volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) helped eliminate the consequences of the shelling of the town of Mykolaivka (Donetsk region) by the Russian army.
“Volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Donetsk region responded to a recent Russian attack on the town of Mykolaivka in the Kramatorsk district. The volunteers assessed the area, checked on residents' health and safety, and provided the necessary assistance,” URCS said on Facebook Tuesday.
According to the National Police of Ukraine, Russian forces dropped two aerial bombs, damaging 26 private houses, a gas pipeline, and a power line.
