Russians intensify drops with toxic substances in Kupiansk direction – CCD

Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Andriy Kovalenko reported that the Russians have intensified drops with toxic substances, in particular in Kupiansk direction.

"In fact, Russia is using prohibited chemical substances, violating all possible rules of warfare. Ordinary terrorists, as they always have been," Kovalenko wrote on the Telegram channel on Monday.
