Starmer, Trump talk about Ukraine, agree to continue pressure on Putin
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Sunday spoke with US President Donald Trump about Ukraine, in particular, the parties agreed to continue pressure on Vladimir Putin, the British government website reports.
"The Prime Minister spoke to President Trump this evening. The leaders agreed on the need to keep up the collective pressure on Putin," the report said.
Speaking on Ukraine, Starmer briefed Trump on productive discussions at the Coalition of the Willing meeting in Paris this week.
The parties discussed the productive talks between their teams on the UK-US economic prosperity deal. They also agreed to continue them at the same pace this week.
Starmer and Trump also agreed to stay in touch in the coming days.
