Putin's words at odds with reality, Ukraine needs defense support – Zelenskyy
Vladimir Putin, after his conversation with US President Donald Trump, announced an alleged order to stop attacks on Ukrainian energy, but drones attacked Ukraine that night, in particular energy facilities, Putin's words are at odds with reality, Ukraine needs defense support, said President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"There were 150 drones overnight, including on energy facilities. The strikes were on transport, unfortunately, two hospitals were hit on regular city infrastructure. That is, Putin's words are very different from reality. That is why we need defense support, we need support for our air defense, we need pressure on Russia for the sake of security and saving people's lives," Zelenskyy said at a press conference at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki.
