Infrastructure facility damaged in Russian drone attack on Uman – mayor
An infrastructure facility was damaged as a result of a Russian drone attack on Uman, Cherkasy region, last night, the city mayor, Iryna Pletniova, has said Tuesday morning.
"As a result of an attack by the Russian army last night, an infrastructure facility was damaged. Power engineers are working to restore the power supply," she said.
No casualties were reported.
Later, the mayor said that power and heating supply was interrupted in part of the community.
"Latest update on the community: power engineers are working to restore the power supply. Umanvodokanal is using power generators to supply water to the houses, the sewage system is operating. Umanteplokomunenergo is working to restore the heating supply to your houses," she said on Facebook.
The official thanked all services that are working to ensure "the country's resilience in extreme conditions."
