More than 140 clashes occur at front on Thurs, most in Pokrovsk axis
Over the past day on Thursday, 141 battles took place at the front, the Russians attacked Pokrovsk direction most, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
"Over the past day, the missile forces of the Defense Forces have hit one area of concentration of personnel, two control points, as well as two air defense systems of the Russian invaders," the report says.
The Russians did not carry out any active actions in Kharkiv direction.
The number of battles in Kupyansk area has reached eight. The defense forces repelled the attacks of the invaders in the areas of Petropavlivka, Holubivka, Zahryzove and Pischane.
In Lymany direction, the defense forces repelled 13 enemy attacks. The Russians have concentrated their efforts in the areas of Kopanky, Novo-Serhiyivka, Hrekivka, Zelenyi Hai, Makiyivka and more.
In Siversk direction, the enemy attacked five times in the areas of Belohorivka, Verkhniokamyanske and Ivano-Daryivka.
In Kramatorsk direction, the enemy tried to advance seven times near Pryvillia, Bila Hora, Hryhoryivka and Chasiv Yar.
Fourteen attacks were repelled in Toretsk direction.
In Pokrovsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 53 attacks. The enemy troops are most active in the vicinity of the settlements of Zelene Pole, Yelyzavetivka, Myroliubivka, Vodiane Druhe,etc.
In Novo-Pavlivsk direction, the Russians tried 11 times to break through the Ukrainian defensive lines.
In Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked the settlement of Novo-Danylivka without success.
In Prydniprovsk direction, the Russians made four attempts to capture the positions of our defenders.
The enemy conducted 20 assaults in Kursk direction.
