Trumps says meeting with Putin before Jan 20 inappropriate
U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has said that Vladimir Putin would like to meet with him, but it would be inappropriate before the inauguration on January 20.
Asked at a press conference in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, how soon Trump expected to meet Putin to discuss the situation in Ukraine, the U.S. president-elect said he knew Putin would like to meet.
Trump also said it is appropriate to meet before January 20.
