Vladimir Putin will turn Moldova away from Europe, and will now fight for control of the country's parliament, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.

"He will now fight for the Parliament of Moldova. This is his second step. You will see in April what will happen. He will start turning Moldova away from Europe, even though they want to go there. He doesn't care," Zelenskyy said in an interview with Lex Fridman, published on the YouTube channel of the President’s Office of Ukraine on Sunday.

According to the president, Putin will do everything to regain his influence where the influence of the Soviet Union was.
