Explosions heard in Chernihiv – authorities

Chief of Chernihiv City Military Administration Dmytro Bryzhynsky reported two explosions in a row.

"A missile explosion in the outskirts of the city," he wrote on Telegram on Friday.

A little later, he reported another explosion.

A few minutes before that, the Air Force warned of a high-speed target in the direction of Chernihiv.
